Upon meeting Lauren I immediately felt like she was an old friend. My husband & I had no idea what we were doing when it came to purchasing a home, and I truly believe meeting her at a random open house was fate. She helped us with every step, from getting approved and financing with a reputable lender, to finding our literal dream home and making it ours. She was there for my every moment of anxiety, uncertainty and at times irrational panic, and she always made me feel calm while being easy to reach at any time. The first is her warmth and her ability to listen to her clients. Lauren is able to translate what clients say and use that information to streamline the search for the ideal home. In 30 years of owning homes, I have never felt that another realtor has done as good a job at listening to what I want in a home, and then been able to see each potential home from my perspective.
The second thing that sets Lauren apart is her attention to helping make everything easy once the ideal home is found. She was able to help me find finance options and analyze the home inspection report. She then effectively worked with the seller to address the most important items in the report. After the sale, she continues to check in on me, and has helped me find a qualified and competent trades people to help get me settled in my new home.
